David G. Wilbourn
David serves as a paralegal in the firm’s Community Development District & Special Districts and Public Finance practice areas.
He assists attorneys in their representation of community development districts and special districts on an array of matters, including contracts, open meetings, real property, public procurement, finance, and construction. David also assists attorneys in their representation of indenture trustees, underwriters, bondholders and special districts on matters involving land secured, tax-exempt debt, including public and private offerings, landowner bankruptcies, foreclosures, distressed/defaulted debt and agreed upon restructurings. A native of West Virginia, David spent twelve years working in Atlanta, Georgia, before relocating to Tallahassee. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their two sons, traveling, and experiencing the outdoors.
