Carolyn S. Raepple

Since her retirement from the full-time practice of law, Carolyn has taken an Of Counsel position with the law firm of Hopping Green & Sams.
Carolyn's full-time practice of over thirty years focused on complex administrative litigation and counseling clients on how to avoid it. When possible, she continues to consult with clients and other lawyers within the firm on such matters in selected cases.

Legal Experience
Experience in representing clients before state, regional and local agencies, administrative officials, and elected bodies on a variety of administrative, environmental and government matters.
Participated in the development and implementation of many Florida energy facility siting statutes, rules and policies.
Experience in providing counsel and representation in government contracting and bid protest proceedings. Past representations include the fields of road and bridge contracting, telecommunications, computer systems, leased office space, and legal services for Child Support Enforcement.
Experience in providing counsel and representation in licensing of high-voltage electrical transmission lines, substations, power plants and pipeline facilities.
Experience in providing counsel and representation to professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before professional Boards. Past representations include proceedings before the Board of Medicine, Board of Dentistry, Board of Acupuncture, Board of Massage, and Construction Industry Licensing Board.
Experience in representing clients in administrative litigation and rulemaking.
Experience in acting as liaison to state, regional and local government officials and agencies.
