On June 6, 2014, the Long Lake Ranch Community Development District (Hillsborough County, Florida) issued its Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A-1, in the amount of $4,450,000 (the “Series 2014A-1 Bonds”) and its Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A-2, in the amount of $5,050,000 (the “Series 2014A-2 Bonds”; together with the Series 2014A-1 Bonds, the “Series 2014 Bonds”), with the assistance of Hopping Green & Sams attorneys Tucker Mackie and Sarah Sandy. The Series 2014 Bonds are the first series of bonds to be issued by the District and will finance a portion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, and equipping the improvements comprising a portion of the District’s Capital Improvement Plan.
