HGS Represents Supplier in Biomass Plant Contract Suit

On April 1, 2015, Wood Resource Recovery, LLC (WRR) filed suit against the Gainesville Renewable Energy Center, LLC (GREC) biomass plant for breach of contract. Under the contract, WRR would supply 264,000 to 277,000 dry tons of biomass annually to fuel the plant. WRR is seeking more than $5 million in damages for the breach.
