HGS Lawyer Jennifer Kilinski Co-Chairs “Shaping the Competitive City” Program

Hopping Green & Sams (HGS) attorney Jennifer Kilinski served as co-chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida’s infrastructure program, Shaping the Competitive City.  The recent ULI program featured dynamic national, state, and local speakers engaging attendees on ways infrastructure, including the typical sticks/bricks infrastructure and human capital, serves as the foundation to regional innovation and competitiveness.  The program included topics such as the role of infrastructure in enhancing the regions local and global competitiveness, ways to facilitate community engagement in leveraging the regions infrastructure, energy and modality updates, key indicators in shaping a competitive city and other topics.
