HGS Attorneys Featured at Environmental and Land Use Conference

Several Hopping Green & Sams (HGS) attorneys presented on a range of issues at the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section’s (ELULS) “New, Different, Unusual, and Uncertain – Environmental and Land Use Law Issues Facing All Floridians” conference in Orlando, Florida, January 28-29, 2016. HGS attorneys presenting included:

Tucker F. Mackie, “Recent Trends in Community Development Districts”;
Jon Harris Maurer, “Drones in Land Use: Views from Above”;
Timothy Riley, “Florida’s Developing Oil & Gas Law and Regulation”; and
D. Kent Safriet, “Bert Harris Act Update.”

HGS attorney Carl Eldred currently serves as Chair of ELULS and assisted in organizing the event.
