HGS Attorneys Facilitate Issuance of Special Assessment Revenue Bonds for Sandridge Community Development District

On February 17, 2021, the Sandridge Community Development District, located in Clay County, Florida, issued its Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2021A-1, in the amount of $6,325,000 and Series 2021A-2, in the amount of $2,650,000 with the assistance of Hopping Green & Sams attorneys Jennifer Kilinski and Lauren Gentry. The Series 2021 Bonds will finance a portion of the planning, design, acquisition, construction, and installation of various infrastructure improvements and facilities of the District’s Capital Improvement Plan, including transportation, stormwater management, wetland mitigation, utility infrastructure, recreational facilities, security facilities, hardscaping, and landscaping within and adjacent to the District.
