HGS Attorney Jake Cremer spoke to the Southeastern Wood Producers Association in Perry, Florida on April 10, 2012. Hopping Green & Sams sponsored the meeting. As a part of the association’s Continuing Logger Education series, Jake spoke about legal and legislative issues affecting loggers and landowners. Jake reviewed the 2012 legislative session in Florida and discussed important cases before the United States Supreme Court, such as Sackett v. EPA and Northwest Environmental Defense Center v. Brown.
