HGS Attorney Childs Co-Authors Article on Comprehensive Water Legislation

Hopping Green & Sams (HGS) attorney David Childs and Jorge Caspary of Littlejohn, Mann, and Associates recently authored “The Comprehensive Water Law: Its Provisions and Significance” in the February 2017 edition of The Florida Bar Journal. The article highlights Florida Senate Bill 552 and its lasting effects on both government and public and private landowners in regards to water quality and availability in the future. The bill contains protections for springs, water conservation incentives, and improvements on the water governance structure in Florida. A copy of the article is available here.
