The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has announced that effective May 9, 2014, Paula Cobb will serve as the Director of the Division of Air Resource Management. Paula is currently the Division’s Deputy Director and will replace Brian Accardo, who has served the Division since 2011. Paula holds both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of South Carolina, and an LL.M. from Vermont Law School, specializing in environmental law. Prior to serving with DEP, Paula was an associate with Hopping Green & Sams (HGS), where her practice focused on environmental issues, including air and waste management regulation. HGS congratulates Paula on her advancement.
