Hopping Green & Sams (HGS) Attorney David Childs recently appeared in The Florida Chamber’s Bottom Line, a public affairs program focusing on Florida’s most important political, legislative, and economic issues. This Florida Chamber program brings together Florida’s business and government leaders to present solutions to important pressing issues.  Childs provided his thoughts on the upcoming 2015 Legislative Session and the Legislature’s plans to address state water policy and implement the newly enacted Water and Land Conservation Constitutional Amendment.
