EPA Releases Draft Climate Change Adaptation Plan for Public Comment

In accordance with a 2009 Executive Order, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has developed a draft Climate Change Adaptation Plan that addresses the incorporation of climate-change-based considerations into EPA’s regulatory and programmatic duties, such protecting air and water quality.  A copy of EPA’s draft plan is available here.  Public comments on EPA’s draft plan may be submitted until April 9, 2013.  For further information on submitting comments, a copy of EPA’s public comment notice is available here.
