The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has submitted its 2013-2014 annual regulatory plan to the Governor’s Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform. Pursuant to Executive Order 11-211, each state agency is required to submit an annual regulatory plan by July 1 identifying and describing each rule it expects to promulgate during the next twelve-month period. DEP’s annual regulatory plan identifies over 500 rules that it anticipates will be modified or created in the coming year.
