DEP Proposes Amendments to Stage I Vapor Recovery Rule

Posted Tuesday, July 30th, 2013

On July 17, 2013, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) published a proposed rule amending Rule 62-252.300, F.A.C., related to Stage I Vapor Recovery to delete language that is duplicative or obsolete.  Such language includes references to rules that have been repealed and compliance schedules that have passed.  Because the proposed amendments would simply delete obsolete provisions, no increase in regulatory costs is expected and no statement of estimated regulatory costs was prepared.

Comments are due to DEP by August 7, 2013, and a public hearing will be held if timely requested.  For additional information, contact Andrew Holway.
