Florida’s 2016 Legislative Session came to an uneventful, and compared to drama of recent years, amicable conclusion around 6:45 p.m. on Friday, March 11. The Governor has since signed into law the $82 billion Florida budget with approximately $250 million in vetoes, much less than initially feared by legislative leadership after failure to provide the Governor his requested $1 billion in tax relief and $250 million in economic development incentive funding.
The Hopping Green & Sams (HGS) team of Frank E. Matthews, Gary K.
