Hopping, Green & Sams, P.A., a downtown Tallahassee law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant, preferably with experience in a variety of matters (Community Development Districts/Special Districts, Legislative, and Regulatory). At least 3 years of legal assisting experience is required.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner who is highly organized, detail oriented, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS applications is necessary. The successful candidate must work independently and handle multiple projects effectively. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required. An Associate’s degree and higher preferred. This position has competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
