Hopping Green & Sams has an active real estate practice with experience in complex real estate projects throughout Florida. We represent developers and landowners in the key facets of real estate practice: acquisition, financing, permitting, land use, zoning, development, sale, and leasing. We have worked on a variety of projects, including major industrial and commercial projects, industrial parks, office parks, shopping centers, condominiums, subdivisions, and brownfield development. We are involved with matters involving land use, water rights and water use. We also assist our clients with other real estate-related legal issues, including due diligence analysis, environmental clean-up compliance, title insurance and title disputes and the drafting of easements.
Our attorneys seek to focus on the needs of our clients and provide comprehensive representation through changing business cycles and at all levels, from managing the legal aspects of large land deals and construction projects, to assisting developers in meeting tough environmental regulations, to advising in all aspects of transactional work. We not only have represented land owners and developers before the agencies, but have also acted as counsel to counties, cities, and special districts throughout Florida in their permitting processes.
