HGS Attorney Childs to Participate in FSU Law Environmental Forum

On Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at 3:30 PM, the Florida State University (FSU) College of Law will convene its Spring 2017 Environmental Forum. This year’s forum, titled “Protecting Florida’s Springs,” features representatives of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, The Nature Conservancy, Florida League of Cities, and Hopping Green & Sams (HGS). HGS water lawyer and governmental policy consultant, David Childs, will address how new state water conservation incentives and water reuse programs are protecting spring flow and water quality.
